What does the A. B. C. do? Through more than sixty auditors it audits and verifies the circulation data of its newspaper and peri odical members and sends out this information in the form of standardized reports to local and national ad vertisers and advertising agencies. Who are its members? Newspapers, magazines, periodicals, business pa pers and farm papers; local and national advertisers and advertising agencies in the United States, Canada, Mexico, West Indies and Hawaii—these make up its membership.
